We are competitive in our pricing.  We are familiar with modern construction practices and strive to stay in-the-know about new products. We use certified, licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC tacticians for sub-contractors - with whom we've had lasting relationships. 

We only sub-contract out work that requires trades licensing - otherwise we do the work ourselves.

I (Hunter) have 4 years experience as a carpenter (framing, windows, doors, drywall - mud & tape, finishing trims, tile, luxury vinyl plank, stairs, handrails, glass, quartz & laminate countertops, roofing, waterproofing, HardieBoard siding, Maibec cedar siding, aluminum siding, vinyl siding, sheet metal flashings, decks, fences and more...) we know what we're talking about when it comes to construction - and if we don't know we are quick to figure it out. I've spent a lot of time on tools and I really enjoy creative carpentry. I also have 4 years of experience as a project manager and 2 years of experience as a designer in the automotive industry. ​
 

 

At this point in the game we have relatively low overhead expenses. We can be economical at this time for that reason. It's a good time to lock in with us because  our future contracts will include a portion of our overhead. ​​​
